Among the approximately 2000 apple varieties registered worldwide, there are only a few apples that also have a red colored fruit table. The apple variety "Weirouge" originated from a chance seedling in Weihenstephan and has been registered for European plant variety protection since 1997. Cut, the flesh shows no discoloration for days, it remains strikingly beautiful red. Therefore, from our "Weirouge" apples can be made wonderful products: Why not surprise yourself with a pink applesauce. We press deep red, aromatic apple juice from these apples. And our well-known apple chips are also a real eye-catcher with their red color!
All our juices contain only the fruit's own sweetness.
The fresh and tart experience is achieved without the addition of ascorbic acid. Our juices are preserved only by heating - just the best from nature for the best juice.
